I spotted this awesome table note over at the CLUncon Flickr page and I had to share it.  I think it’s an extremely simple question that every librarian needs to ask themselves.  I know that I always think back to when I say “no” and wonder why I did that…and in the future I always try to fix it.

We also need to learn how to stop saying no to our employees.  Unchain them and let their creativity run wild.
