Today I made a $1300 purchase of what I like to call Interesting and Empowering Teen NonFiction.  Click the link to see the list of books that I purchased.  I chose DIY, art, craft, anime/manga, music books.  My aim with this collection is to create a strong nonfiction collection of diverse and interesting topics that encourages teens to browse different topics that could possibly instill a bit of passion in them.  There’s nothing like seeing an interesting book on the shelves about a topic you really care about.
