I was bummed to finally receive word that the most awesome and excellent library magazine Information Today was closing up shop after the final Winter 2026 issue. Since 2016, I have been writing various articles and the column A Day In The Life for the magazine and sometimes online. You can check out excepts of those interview here in this collection.
My first thanks goes out to the amazing Brandi Scardilli, the amazing editor of Information Today Magazine. Brandi is an amazing and kind human being. Working with Brandi was an amazing experience, and I’ll miss our chats in our emails.
I will also miss talking to the amazing librarians working around the world who are doing amazing community focused work. Through my column A Day In The Life, I was able to talk to SEVENTY-FIVE folks over 10 years. These were amazing conversations, and I hope at some point Information Today considers putting them all up online for free as an archive for all to read and learn from.Thank you to all of the amazing folks that I got to speak to through the years. I hope you are having amazing lives and that your lives are full of love, friends, and family.
